Modify or Cancel Your Reservation
Sometimes it just isn't in the cards to take a vacation or conference you were supposed to attend. Your travel plans are bound to change from time to time. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If canceled within the 14 days, you will be charged a one-night room penalty.
Check-in is at cosmos123 1600 hours. Check-out for all Cabin types is at 1000 hours.
Check-out cosmos123 for Standard Rooms, Dog Rooms and Suites is at 1100 hours.
Please note: You can only manage reservations, by following the below cosmos123 steps, if you made the reservation online. All reservations made on the phone or by email can not be managed online.
Fill in any date for Check In and Check cosmos123 Out. Click orange button at the top of the page “Book Now”.
Click “Find Reservations”.
Enter your confirmation or itinerary number and the email address you cosmos123 used when making the booking. Click “Find Reservation”.
Click orange button on right hand side of screen “Change this Reservation”. cosmos123
Please select the room you would like to cosmos123 edit. Click “Next”.
Follow the prompt: What do you want to edit? Rooms and Hotel Services or Guest or Payment Info. Select orange button “Edit Now”.
If dates need to be changed: choose new Check In / Check Out dates and click brown button “Search”. Select room type and click either “Update cosmos123 or Book Now”. Next page click orange button at bottom of the page “Complete Booking”.
If need to change Guest or Payment cosmos123 Info, click “Edit Now”. Update address, payment info here. Click orange button at bottom of page “Complete Booking”.
Click orange button on right hand side of screen “Cancel cosmos123 Reservation”.
Confirm room you need to cancel. Click orange button “Cancel Now”.
